CHEF FORREST

At age 17, Forrest began his cooking career inside one of the world’s  most renowned kitchens, Jean Georges. To expand his repertoire, he emigrated to Toronto to study at one of top ten Culinary schools in North America, George Brown College. After graduation, he worked with Canada’s most distinguished Chefs such as Top Chef Canada judges Susur Lee and Mark McEwan. Whilst working at these top restaurants, Forrest created a “Private Dining Experience” on weekends inside his living room named “Pegasus”. Notorious for being one of the most difficult reservations to book in Toronto, his vast following lead to 60 covers per service. The loyalty of his patrons is evidence showcasing his love for the craft and the high quality cuisine he brings to the table.
