How to book private yacht charter?

You can book through our online booking system. One of our VIP customer representatives will contact you in 1-2 calendar days. We will send a booking confirmation email and a detailed instruction once we have received the deposit. 

 

Do you offer personalized experience?

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes, you can. You can bring your own food and drink on board. 

 

What if we need more time on the vessel/vehicle/property?

Extra time can be requested upon availability. All you need to do is inform our staff onsite and our VIP customer representative will provide a preferred rate for you.

How much is the booking deposit?

Deposit amount is usually 1 hour charge of the vessel and time booked. However, it may subject to change without notice. After requesting a booking, our staff member will send you a detailed instruction on how to transfer the deposit to us.

 

Is the booking deposit refundable?

Yes. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before 7 calendar days of departure.

i.e., If your booking is on the 10th of June, your deposit is fully refundable before 3rd of June. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellation within 7 days.

 

Can I change my booking to a different date?

Yes, you can. Changes made 7 days advance of booking date is free of charge. Changes made within 7 days of departure will subject to 30% charge of the total deposit.

 

i.e., If your booking is on the 14th of June and you want to make a change on the 6th, it is free of charge. If you wanted to make change on the 10th, it would subject to 30% charge of the total deposit.

 

What if the weather gone bad on the booked day?

Please understand that we cannot control weather or government regulations. We try our very best to ensure our customer’s safety and we want everyone to have a wonderful time.

 

We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your booking if unforeseeable circumstances occur.

 

In the event of force majeure, we will refund your deposit in full amount. If you would like to make an alternative arrangement, your booking will be prioritized, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
